Qualifications include a B.S. degree in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering required_ 8-12 years of industry experience in manufacturing, engineering (process or product) and/or development. Job requires strong manufacturing engineering experience with emphasis in process control (SPC) and process capability. 3-5 years of management experience with budget responsibility required. Experience in crystal growth, tungsten carbide manufacturing or its uses, such as hardfacing, diamond matrix powders, or abrasive applications desired.
