Dedication In memory of Prof. Dr. Paul Joos. He was an outstanding scientist, an enthusiastic researcher and a very good friend. His death is a big loss for the world of surface chemistry. Nevertheless, his ideas, humanity and kindheartedness remain as a bright remembrance of him.
