First of all let me wish all the ASI members a new year which has abundance of joy and success not only for them but for their entire family. Working as a president elect I had the opportunity to visit many chapters and let me tell you I was overwhelmed by the love and affection showered upon by the ASI members. ASI is in a state of transformation. We are trying for the facelift of the ASI building, the constitution is in the process of amendment and the whole ASICON will

have a new format in a few years from now. All this is only possible because of the process of continuity ushered in by the Immediate past president and hopefully the baton will be carried forward by the current president elect in 2012. Change is the only constant fact of our lives. The current team of the office bearers and the immediate past president are fully aware of the difficult task ahead and with your support we are confident to deliver the very best to our association. All of you can individually make a difference by sparing your time and thoughts for the ASI. Let all of us begin by surfing our website www.asiindia.org at least once in a week and update your personal data.
