Her research focuses on auditing in transition economies, adoption of international accounting standards and assurance in sustainability reporting. D. K. Batra is a Professor in Marketing at IMI. He holds a PhD and MBA from FMS (Delhi University) and a B Tech (Text) from TIT. He has been a UNDP fellow to University of East London, FIT, New York University and also to several universities in Brazil and the European Union studying New Product Development. Some of his prior assignments include Director, Asia Pacific Management Institute, New Delhi; Vice President, (New Projects), Netaji Subhash Institute of Management Sciences; Senior Professor and Programme Director PGDM (International Business management), FORE School of Management. In a long stint with the National Institute of Fashion Technology New Delhi spanning 18 years, he has held various senior positions namely: Head-Academic Affairs of 11 NIFT centers in India, Chairperson Fashion Management Studies & Head of International Linkages. He has served on the Executive Council of IFFTI for many years, a body of 32 International Fashion and Textile Universities. He was also the founding CEO of the Fashion Design Council of India. He is on the PhD Research Board of Jamia Hamdard University and is a member of the board of studies of UP Tech University. He has also worked as Advisor to the Ministry of Information Technology and has authored two books and many research papers. He has
provided consultancy and training services to various corporations, including Raymond India, Madura Garments Gokaldas Exports, ABN AMRO, ITC, ISEPC and AEPC. He has also been a consultant to the International Trade Center Geneva, UNCTAD. Sylvaine Castellano is an Associate Professor of Management at PSB (Paris School of Business) in France. She received her doctoral degree in Management from the University of Luxemburg. Her research interests include institutional and competitive dynamics, and entrepreneurship. She is the head of the Management & Strategy research department at PSB. Martin Christopher is Emeritus Professor of Marketing and Logistics at Cranfield School of Management, University of Cranfield, England, where previously he was the Director of the Centre for Logistics and Supply Chain Management. He is a widely published author and has been actively engaged in research in the fields of logistics and supply chain management for over 40 years. His work has been recognized internationally and is widely cited. Ilenia Cofente is Assistant Professor of Marketing and Logistics at the Department of Business Administration, University of Verona, Italy. Her research is focused on marketing and business to business relationships. She has published refereed articles in international journals. Vincent Dutot is an Associate Professor and co-Head of Chair D-Cube at Paris School of Business, Paris, France. He holds a PhD from Laval University (Québec). His areas of

He has published in journals such as International Journal of Information Management, International Business Research, International Journal of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management or European Journal of Innovation Management. He also works as an IT consultant for SME, government and in the private sector. Barbara Gaudenzi is Associate Professor of Marketing and Logistics at the Department of Business Administration, University of Verona, Italy. She is Director of the Post Graduated Course in Risk Management and Director of LogiMaster, Master in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, of the University of Verona (Italy). She has authored book chapters and published refereed articles in international journals. Rajat Gera is working as a Professor and has over 15 years of academic experience in teaching, research, training and consultancy in leading business schools and institutions of India and abroad. He has a PhD from GGS Indraprastha University, New Delhi, an MBA (PGDRM) from IRMA, Anand and a B Tech from Allahabad University. He has over 30 international and national publications and is the author of two books. He has authored cases that have been published by Richard Ivey Business School (available at Harvard Business School Publishing) and London Business School, UK. He is visiting faculty for ‘Centre for Marketing’, Asian Minor studies, Fontys University, Eindhoven, The Netherlands, under the Erasmus Mundus scholarship program of European Commission and at ISS KIMEP, Almaty, Kazakhstan. He has over six years of industry experience with leading public and private sector companies in sales and marketing and operations. He has been associated with Management development programs for BP, BHEL, BEL, NTPC, ONGC, Airtel, Vodafone and various other

His areas of research interest are modeling the linkages of service quality with behavioral intentions, e-service quality, service quality structure and measurement, e-learning and corporate reputation. Mandeep Kaur Ghuman is an Assistant Professor at University Business School, Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, Punjab, India. She received her PhD (as UGC Research Fellow) in Brand Management in August, 2014. Her research interests include brand management, consumer behavior and cross-cultural consumer research. She is also 2012–2013 Fulbright-Nehru Doctoral and Professional Research Fellow. During her nine-month fellowship period, she conducted research at Moore School of Business, University of South Carolina, SC, USA. Stefan Ivens is a PhD student at University of Koblenz-Landau (Germany). He conducts research aimed at understanding corporate reputation in brick-and-mortar and online settings. Hark-Shin Kim is a doctoral student in the College of Media and Communication at Texas Tech University. He is interested in developing PR strategies focused on healthrelated issues and investigating how individuals process persuasive health messages. Sun Young Lee is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Public Relations at Texas Tech University. She earned her PhD at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with an emphasis on Strategic Communication. Her research areas include corporate reputation, CSR, crisis communication and agenda-building/agendasetting theory. He has published research papers in national and international journals of repute. Mario Schaarschmidt is Assistant Professor of Technology and Innovation Management at University of Koblenz-Landau (Germany). His research centers on customer integration, organizational identification and reputation in social media. His work has been published in, among others, European Management Journal, International Journal of Innovation and Technology Management and International Journal of Innovation Management. Vijay Vancheswar possesses a doctorate degree (PhD) in the area of Total Quality Management (TQM), a Masters degree in Management Sciences and a degree in Metallurgical Engineering. He is an Adjunct Professor in the Marketing and Communications area at the International Management Institute (IMI), Delhi. He has over three decades worth of experience in the corporate sector in the areas of corporate communications and marketing. publications in India. His interests as a trainer are in communications and marketing. Martina Vidovic is an Associate Professor of Economics. Her research focuses on voluntary approaches to environmental regulation, the effect of liberalizing trade between Central Eastern European countries (CEECs) and the EU and the effects of trade on the environment. Gianfranco Walsh is a Chaired Professor at the faculty of economics of Friedrich-Schiller University of Jena (Germany) and a Visiting Professor in marketing at the University of Strathclyde Business School, Glasgow. His research focuses on service management, corporate reputation and e-commerce. His work has been published in, among others, Academy of Management Journal, British Journal of Management, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of Business Research, Journal of International Marketing, Journal of Service Research and Psychology & Marketing. He sits on the editorial review board of Journal of Business Research and Journal of Marketing Management. He received his PhD and Habilitation degree from the University of Hannover, Germany.
